Nes has been cutting and painting stencils for over a decade. Through years of testing, adapting and growth, his paintings are formed through sharp lines and broken images. Influenced by living in the city and interacting with people from all walks of life he appreciates things that aren’t perfect but still hold together. Combined with his love of graffiti he strives to reflect the beauty in the city’s dark and gritty corners - that dichotomy is what makes a place authentic.
